- Work with the SIG and senior staff on capabilities of graphic design options for communicating information in a presentation environment to a variety of stakeholders within DLA, DoD, and the Federal Government.
- Provide support for the multimedia and electronic imagery requirements of the SIG.
- Generate presentations to create a visual depiction that conveys and/or supports the DLA Director’s information or decision-making processes.
- Develop, deliver, and maintain graphics, charts, briefings, slide presentations, brochures, interactive multi-media production, and electronic presentations and enhance such with clip-art, infographics, or other Contractor-developed graphical images.
- Develop graphic art for posters, programs, brochures, placemats, and other similar promotional materials for display in the DLA workspace/DLA functions/DLA Newsletters.
- Implement quality control procedures and use methodologies to ensure timely completion of work. DLA will perform random quality assurance checks of the VI developed for the SIG.
- Upload and store all charts, graphic images, graphic masters, original artwork, presentations, and electronic briefings in the SIG section in the identified DLA location with appropriate archiving tags and meta-data for ease of searching and retrieval.
- Lead conceptual graphic discussions and approaches to provide tailored graphics and visual elements for use by DLA.
- Produces and manipulates graphics and visuals for informative and instructional material, including formatting/editing/writing a variety of technical articles, reports, and/or manuals for a wide range of uses.
Active/current Secret clearance is required.Required Qualifications:
- BA or BFA in Fine Art, Graphic Design, or similar Area.
- 5+ of relevant graphic design experience.
- Expert proficiency in the use of the following design programs:
- Adobe programs: Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, Acrobat, Adobe Premiere Pro (or Final Cut Pro or equivalent software) and Adobe Animate (or equivalent software).
- Microsoft programs: Publisher, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Any other future or standard software products used in the Graphic Arts industry that will support the tasks of this contract may be utilized as well.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
