- Water plants
- Light landscaping
- Light maintenance (fix toilets, patch holes)
- Empty trash cans.
- Maintains the cleanliness of public restrooms.
- Follows standards and practices for the use of specific chemicals.
- Familiar with emergency procedures if chemicals are misused.
