SCCM → Microsoft Endpoint Manager
MDM
WSUS Update
EPS (Endpoint Security)
Client VPN (Azure P2S + Firewall C2S VPN)
Telephony (Cisco CUCM)

Responsibilities:

Administration and operation of the global Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform
Ensuring ongoing operation in the Microsoft SCCM, Intune and MCM/ECM
Development and maintenance of the client operating system (Windows 11)
Setting up test scenarios in the SCCM and Intune framework
Configuration, operation and integration of Microsoft infrastructures (Office Apps, Windows domain, GPO, WSUS etc.)
Planning, coordination and implementation of system maintenance
Support in the implementation of new system and software solutions
Technical support for business departments and IT colleague
Support for projects within IT and in collaboration with the business functions (e.g. cloud migration and digital workplace solutions)

Qualifications:

Completed studies in the field of business informatics, computer science or completed apprenticeship as IT specialist (f/m/d) with professional experience
Strong knowledge of client operating systems and applications
Several years of professional experience in software deployment and Microsoft SCCM is preferred
Extensive experience with Active Directory
Experience in 2nd/3rd level support and ticket handling
Knowledge in scripting e.g. Powershell, Python etc. is welcome
Readiness for an on call duty
Solution-oriented, independent and thorough working approach
Good communication skills as well as service and solution orientation with a high level of initiative and teamwork skills
Very good written and spoken English skills
