Job Description:Align and collaborate with the development team to share technical direction and partner with those teams in elaborating the Solution and its interfaces; Validate technology assumptions; Establish critical NFRs at the solution level, participate in the definition of others. Create and enable the Continuous Delivery Pipeline including participating in the planning, definition, and high-level design of the system solution and exploring alternatives; Develop the Architectural Runway in support of new business features and capabilities. To develop, analyze, split, and realize the implementation of Omni-Channel Analytics platform enablers; Participate in feature and sprint planning, system and solution demos, and retrospective workshops; Understand technical characteristics of and assist with architectural integration of external analytics and tag management components, systems, and platforms. Engage in the development life cycle. Collaborate with the DevOps team from beginning to release, implementation, and post-release approvals. Some of the activities will be,

Lead the technical design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems while having the opportunity to remain in a hands-on engineering role.
Provide functional and technical leadership and mentor junior software engineers.
Provide technical documentation for both internal and external teams.
Work with enterprise architects to design and support high-level as well as low-level architecture of a server-side analytics framework for 3rd party vendor Analytics systems such as Adobe, MixPanel, Tealium, Power BI etc.
Writing great quality code with a relentless passion for automated testing and validation.
Enforce company policies in the areas of development methodology, architecture, security, change, automation, configuration management, and compliance.
Break down the finalized architecture into capabilities and features and work with Product Owner to provide guidance on technical aspects of user story creation.
Perform complex engineering activities for performance tuning, monitoring, deployment, and production support.
Performing performance load tests on production to find the bottlenecks in the application.
Managing Analytics Product and Tag management Release across AT&T Consumer experiences.
Support Weekly Analytic Tag Releases across all Dev, Stage, and Prod Environments.
Support Production defect fixes, Page Performance issues, and Analytics Tools.

Analytics – UATAnalytics UAT role is responsible for analyzing data in response to new business requests, identifying and resolving data discrepancies across multiple business applications. Works directly with the client user community, business analysts, analytics product team to define and document data test cases for data integration and business intelligence applications. The Focus being on clickstream data collected on AT&T Web Applications and Native App Experiences. The key responsibilities include the following:Evaluates and documents data test cases for movement of medium to high complexity data between applications. Translate Reqmts to Design document.
Takes feedback from Product managers, APMs from Analytics Product team, additional stake holders to design/modify/execute data test cases
Adheres to and promotes the use of data governance standards.
Has good understanding on analytics platform/applications, including data warehouse and data marts and tools used for data validation.
Has good experience on various test tools from a data perspective and has background on automation testing to implement and execute on automation data testing.
Creates and sustains processes, tools, and on-going support structures and processes.
Investigates and resolves data issues across platforms and applications, including discrepancies of definition, format, and function.
Works closely with Product Managers, Analytics Product Team, DBAs to develop deep understanding data sets being consumed within the omnichannel data space.
Need to understand the functionality of the application/web flows/native experiences and corelate it to the data being captured along with the functionality.
Responsible for constantly improving Data quality, Defect Management, giving perspective on Releases & Hot Fixes and provides insights and inputs to correctly make Go/No-Go discussions.
The role requires strong SQL Skills, Database knowledge, Deep analytics skills, Quality and testing processes, Data testing on browser, automation testing using tools like Selenium and skills to automate Data test cases and hands on experience in Web Analytics & BI tools like Adobe, Business Objects & Tableau, well versed with defect management tools like TDP, JIRA, AgileCraft, etc.
Should be very detailed oriented and think through all the scenarios that can potentially impact a use case and execute on those scenarios and see how data gets passed/broken or does not align with the functionality been show to the customer.
Passion for data and constantly driving for improving data quality.
