We have a vast and ever-evolving portfolio of brands primed to play an important part in everything from modernizing infrastructure around the world to enabling the next generation of electric and autonomous vehicles.We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Inventory Specialist to join us at our facility in Asturias.The Supply Chain Inventory Specialist will be responsible for controlling the stocks stored in our third-party warehouses and making sure both systems (suppliers’ and ours) are aligned.Key responsibilities:
  • Inventory management of stocks stored in Third-Party Warehouses
  • Organize periodic cycle counts and stock counts in all our third-party locations, including onsite audits (Warehouse suppliers, contract manufacturers, customer consignments…)
  • Daily reconciliation of our inventories stored in Third-Party Warehouses
  • Identify and resolve stock deviations (Surplus, shortage, lost, damaged…). Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce the number of occurrences.
  • Block/Release stock when requested (defective product, quality issues, damaged…)
  • Organize and plan in a timely manner the collection of goods identified for scrapping.
  • Analyze and claim the stock damaged and lost by the warehouse supplier.
  • Maintain effective relation with the different stakeholder (warehouse suppliers, production plants, sales, customer service…)
  • Support internal and external audits to explain and clarify our stock controls in place.
  • Reporting and Analytics
  • Active participation to defined projects, driving improvements.
Required Competencies:
  • Bachelor’s Degree, core area logistics preferred.
  • Experience skills in Logistics, Supply Chain or Procurement could be an asset.
  • Very good language skills in English (writing and speaking) are required.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills
  • Computer knowledge: High proficiency in Excel. Experience with SAP could be an asset.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to details.
  • Flexible when dealing with changes.
  • Team spirit and proactivity
  • Strive for continuous improvement on existing processes and questions and adapt own working methods.
  • Ability to work under pressure and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • This position is an office-based position (maximum 2 travels per year in average).
