- Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations, taking into account their current assets, liabilities, income, and expenses. Based on this analysis, recommend appropriate life insurance coverage that aligns with their individual requirements.
- Policy Presentations: Effectively communicate complex insurance concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Present various policy options to clients, explaining the benefits, terms, and conditions to help them make informed decisions.
- Sales and Business Development: Proactively reach out to potential clients through our warm lead program. Convert leads into sales opportunities and continuously seek new prospects to expand your client base.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to all industry regulations and company policies during the application process. Handle paperwork efficiently and accurately to facilitate the underwriting and issuance of policies.
- Ongoing Support: Offer ongoing support to policyholders by assisting with policy modifications, addressing claim inquiries, and providing timely updates on industry trends or changes that may affect their coverage.
- Experience in sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients and establish trust.
- A high degree of empathy and compassion to understand clients' needs during sensitive life events.
- Sound knowledge of different life insurance products and industry regulations. (Licensing required. We offer an online course at your own cost)
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client interactions.
