PPF M&A team is looking for a part-time investment analyst who is in last two years of business or economics-oriented study and seeks to be fully engaged in PPF’s investment activities.PPF Group is an international investment group founded in the Czech Republic in 1991. Intellectual curiosity to seek root cause of problems.
Ability to evaluate and discuss company & industry fundaments from quantitative and qualitative perspective.
Solid knowledge of corporate finance, the ability to conduct financial analysis, evaluate company’s performance ,and basics of business valuation are not qualifying prerequisites but are advantageous.
English written and spoken.

What is interesting about the job

Analytical work across palette of disciplines – sector & company overview, commercial & financial due diligence, modelling, company valuation, portfolio business performance review.
Communication with internal legal, tax and funding teams and external advisors.
Preparation of outputs in email, spreadsheet, slideshow form.
Diversity of projects, industries and geographies, size of deals, quick decision making and strong execution power of the leadership of the group.
