- Applicants must hold a degree equivalent to a Norwegian doctoral degree in medicine, epidemiology or biostatistics. Doctoral dissertation must be submitted for evaluation by the closing date. Appointment is dependent on the public defence of the doctoral thesis being approved.
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and a Scandinavian language.
- Experience with clinical, genetic and/or population-based epidemiologic research
- Experience with SPSS, STATA or R Preferably methodological experience within one or more of the following
- Statistical biomarker analyses
- Prediction modeling
- Survival analyses (time-to-event modeling) Updated June 2016

- Salary NOK 575 400 – 657 300 per annum depending on qualifications in position as Postdoctoral Research Fellow (position code 1352)
