- Plans, organizes and controls Lexmark’s agreements
- Works with customers, account executive teams, and Lexmark leadership to drive development and negotiation of Lexmark agreements
- Responsible for development and administration of terms and conditions associated with Lexmark's offerings and templates (agreements, amendments, confidentiality agreements, software license related agreements, others)
- Review and understand contract compliance challenges related to leasing, including governmental and regulatory compliance
- Review customer proposed contracts, bid packages and requests for proposal and advise management teams regarding contractual risks and risk mitigation strategies
- Identify and quantify economic and operational exposure proposed in managed print solutions and service opportunities
- Work with sales and operations while being responsive to treasury and finance functions on deal structure and terms
- Ensure that contract deliverables are properly documented in the appropriate tools and available to the enterprise
- Assist in developing and enhancing Lexmark's global privacy, data protection and security programs.

- Bachelor of Laws, a license to practice law
- 5+ years of experience negotiating and drafting agreements
- Knowledge of legal and commercial terms/concepts
- Demonstrated experience of improving contractual processes
- Knowledge of privacy laws (CIPP certification is a plus!)
- Experience in negotiating with multi-national firms
- In-house and law firm experience
