The Murray, Hong Kong is a high-profile preservation project designed by British international studio for architecture and integrated design Foster + Partners. Part of Hong Kong’s Conserving Central Project, the Hotel which was the stand-alone Murray Building is one of the city's most iconic landmarks. A member of Global Hotel Alliance’s Ultratravel Collection, the contemporary sanctuary features 336 oversized rooms and suites spanning 25 floors. Other facilities include a stunning rooftop bar with breath-taking views of the central business district and the green oasis of Hong Kong Park, a series of signature restaurants and bars, as well as creative meeting and event spaces.Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the Lobby, Driveway and parking facilities are well managed in terms of traffic, service and facilities condition
  • Provide efficient and personal service for all the guests in terms of luggage handling, parcel delivery, guest enquiries or transportation arrangement upon their arrival and departure
  • Work closely with team members in Guest Relations, Security and Housekeeping to resolve guest issues, provide assistance and enhance guest experience as per Forbes service standards
  • Make sure all guests always get warm welcome, personal service and sincere farewell from you and your team
  • Effortlessly meet the diverse expectation of guests
Job Requirement:
  • With tertiary education in Hotel Management or relevant discipline
  • Possession of at least 5 years’ experience in Concierge in five-starred hotel
  • With comprehensive understanding on Forbes standard and exposure in Opera or related system
  • With driving license 1 and 1A will be an advantage
  • Self-driven, strong in leadership and communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Chinese
