(Pay every Friday!)Floor Tech Responsibilities:
Will maintain an outstanding appearance to all floors (hard floors and carpet) in a facility.
Will use machines and hand tools.
Strip, Buff, and Wax floors
Will also perform routine building cleaning under supervision, including trash removal; mopping, window cleaning; dusting, dust-mopping, and sweeping; cleaning laboratories; furniture polishing.
Ability to read & interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, & other documents.
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Knowledge of cleaning methods & equipment. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals & their safe use.
