- Handle administrative duties for senior leaders
- Answer/screen phones, take messages, set appointments, and relieve switchboard as needed
- Register for seminars and webinars and keeps track of CEU credits. Set hotel reservations as needed
- Writes Purchase Orders, gives out and tracks petty cash
- Oversee attendance, set up, and minutes of board meetings, as well as send memos to all Board Members re: Finance and Board Meetings.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail as needed
- Supply Management: Orders FedEx and certified mail supplies and office supplies and maintains supply closet.
- Oversee and sort deliveries and partner with various departments for pickup
- Update CHHC Directory and handle bank runs for CHHC matters
- Track patient hotline calls and update the log accordingly
- Provides administrative support to other teams without administrative staff as needed
- 5 years of administrative support or office management experience is preferred
- Experience providing administrative support to senior-level executives
- Certified notary preferred but not required
- Experience working in an administrative capacity in a skilled nursing home or other healthcare a plus
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel)
