We strive to bring the best opportunity to each individual we speak with and aim to maximize the potential of each encounter.For a leading BPO company we are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist, who will be in direct written and verbal contact with clients of one of a new digital travel platform.Main Requirements:
  • Fluency in Dutch - C1 and above;
  • Advanced level of English - B2 and above;
  • Good communication capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, social media, chat and e-mail;
  • Perform client checks and actively investigate issues that they have faced;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate communication regarding company policies, services, and being able to properly address various issues.
