Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.Partner with the bestAs a Diagnostic Engineer for Turbomachinery business, you are tasked to provide customers service solutions to address critical machinery assets and work on KPI continuous improvement.As a Diagnostic Engineer, you will be responsible for:Setting up and monitoring specific Buyer KPI (Av, Re, MTBT, MTBF, SR, ...) and work for KPI continuous improvementSupporting TRP team in KPI improvement action identification, investigation, implementation and validationProviding M&D data for outage preparation and pre-post outage comparison M&DReviewing and approving documentations, providing specific follow-up on monthly report, trip analysis and anomaly insights M&D periodic report and customized documentation issuingHaving periodical review on M&D insights to follow-up and speed up resolution and to update relevant tracking systemCarrying out specific performance analysis and health assessment and cooperating with multidisciplinary engineering team in issues resolution and/or RCA report issuing.Optimize diagnostic systems promoting development and implementation of specific analytics.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field or equivalent industry and work experienceHave a minimum 2 years of experience on main turbo machinery technical disciplines, both for flange to flange and auxiliaries.Have knowledge of Seller's products and applications.Have experience in commissioningDemonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with internal and external customers, teams and suppliersDemonstrate the ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, influencing across different teamsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
