senior sales manager (injection molding/tooling/plastics)

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and establish relationships with potential customers.
• Manage key customer accounts and build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production and quality, to ensure that customer requirements are met.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products, services and industry trends.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team

• Degree/diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales/business development experience within the precision manufacturing industry
• Possess managerial experience
• Willing to work in the West (Tuas/Pioneer/Joo Koon)
