If you are excited about innovative product ideas and are passionate about social responsibility, then this might be the opportunity you are looking for.Responsibilities:Support strategic vision, goals & roadmap for optimizing our customer experiencesManage risk, drive business results, and deliver compelling features​​Translate product strategy into clear and concise specifications, make functional and user interface design tradeoffs, handle product launches, and lead the product successes post-launchCreate a deep understanding of the different types of customers who use our fundraising productsSystematically analyze data and user experience to define friction points. Integrate findings from the generative research, surveys and CS feedback into our feature improvement roadmap to create user valueSupport Product Operations by actively following up on bugs and improvement requests, aiming to strengthen operations deliverablesBuild trust and relationships with peers and provide leadership across the division, product, and/or partner ecosystem. Chip in and encourage a positive working environment despite constant changePartner with a variety of cross-domain teams across the organization (Selling, Buying, Marketing, Communications, Payments etc) to help shape the vision and align plansRequirements:5+ years of work experience in product management and/or UX design and/or strategy with a proven record of successfully launching productsTrack of record as a global product manager, designing, building and launching products that global customers love and have a real business impact2+ years of experience working full time for a nonprofit, or equivalent volunteer experience, is a strong plusYou capably elicit high level requirements from both business and technical stakeholders, and can translate those into a detailed, prioritized backlog of work actionable by systems engineers and software developersStrong interest and understanding in a marketplace business model. E-commerce experience is a plusExcellent collaboration and interpersonal/organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
