- Prepare financial projections and set sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
- Represent the company at events such as exhibitions and conferences.
- Create compelling sales presentations and actively participate in sales meetings.
- Generate regular reports for management to track progress and performance.
- 3-4 years of prior business development experience in a related industry.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market or relevant regional knowledge preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in implementing effective development strategies.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and opportunities.
- Experience working in target-oriented environment/setup.
