We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to join our fast-paced, high-performing, tenured team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing enterprise-level accounts, with a focus on both cold and warm business development. This role requires resilience, persistence, and a genuine, relationship-focused approach to client management. While sales skills are valuable, the emphasis is on building long-term partnerships in a customer-centric environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with enterprise-level clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and industry research.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to source and match top talent to client requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights into market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
- Track and report on key account metrics, including revenue growth, client satisfaction, and market penetration.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales, particularly within the recruitment industry or related field.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to easily build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
- Resilience and persistence in pursuing business opportunities, with a focus on long-term relationship building with an understanding that it takes time to cultivate the right partnerships
