- You will take care of existing partners and be responsible for both commercial and operational topics;
- You will be a credible advisor and work towards building long-lasting partnerships with Bus Partners, terminals, and other external parties;
- You own and use your analytical skills to find your way through complex datasets and recognize opportunities to grow and optimize the business relationship;
- You will be responsible of P&L results of assigned partner;
- You work on upholding a high degree of operational quality with the Flixbus Bus Partners; especially regarding fleet, drivers and punctuality;
- You support the relationship management with bus stations and infrastructure providers;
- You are also responsible for monitoring and improving all aspects regarding quality and safety;
- You will prepare forecasts and reports for internal stakeholders and the management;
- You coordinate projects, making sure the interactions between different departments are fluid and results are delivered in a timely manner;
- You take part in different cross-functional operational projects and support the Global Team in delivering operational and business development excellence across the whole network.
- Excellent Bachelor/Master's degree in Business, Economics, Transportation (also can be Logistics) or related fields of study;
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or operations, preferably within transportation, with a proven track record of successful project management with high performance and sales responsibility;
- At least full working proficiency in both Swedish and English;
- Willing to travel occasionally in the Nordics;
- Economic understanding: f.y.i. ability to read and understand a P&L;
- Ability to adequately deal with different stakeholders (business owners, drivers, operations supervisors) with high social and negotiation skills;
- Excellent analytical skills, with a high level of Excel proficiency;
- High social, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (professional use of PowerPoint is highly valued);
- Problem-solving attitude;
