- Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage the company’s dynamic financial model to forecast the implications of new opportunities and information. Support the CFO in periodic revenue, expense and capital budgeting processes, including providing department leaders with budget guidance, timelines, tools, training and hands-on assistance; and tracking adherence to goals and budgets.
- KPIs and Pricing: Develop and monitor achievement of financial and operating KPIs. Ensure accurate and profitable pricing of the company’s SaaS products and delivery services.
- Financial Analytics, Advice and Counsel: Provide and support investor reporting and relations to current Board members and future investors as part of future growth capital fundraising.
- Department Financial Guidance: Act as a Finance advisor to the functional leaders throughout OneRail by conducting in-depth financial analysis and providing expert financial perspective and opinions on their operations and issues.
- Special Projects and Back-up: Lead and/or participate in special projects and activities as requested. Assume responsibility for the Finance department in the absence of the CFO.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
- Master’s degree in accounting, finance or an MBA is preferred. A CPA is desirable.
- Experience in an investment banking, management consulting, and/or public accounting firm is preferred.
- Significant experience at a high-growth software and/or business services company is preferred.
- Significant experience raising capital; working with professional investors; and working with boards of directors and senior executives is preferred.
- Technically proficient in GAAP, especially as applied to software-as-a-service (SaaS) and business services companies, is preferred.
- Friendly, curious, with a no-airs attitude. But definitely curious.
- A clear communicator in written, verbal, and spreadsheet formats.

- Must be willing and able to travel to OneRail's Orlando, FL HQ as needed.
- Capture. Within moments of a purchase that requires same-day delivery, OmniPoint captures a shipper’s “demand signal” from their POS, ERP, or e-commerce system: what was ordered, where it is, where it’s going, and when it needs to be there.
- Optimize. OmniPoint uses these data to specify the optimal vehicle for the order’s size and weight, as well as any extra services required. OmniPoint then calculates all-in shipping costs, and optimizes delivery routing.
- Execute. Customers can direct deliveries to their own fleet, or to OneRail’s nationwide network of 12 million couriers available 24/7/365.
- Support. Deliveries can be supported as they occur by OneRail’s skilled Exceptions Assist team to handle unforeseen delivery issues on the customer’s behalf.
- Follow Up. OmniPoint enables the consumer or receiving business to track their order delivery in real time, and provide feedback through a customer-branded interface.
