- Coordinate interview schedules for potential candidates and provide candidate guidance
- Assist in onboarding sessions for new hires
- Conduct onboarding/off boarding processes
- Attendance management and annual leave administration
- Manage and process expenses for HR department
- Support in administrative tasks
- Other relevant HR/Operating matters

- Must have Korean Nationality or eligible visa to work in Korea.
- Must be fluent in both Korean
- Good English skills is preferred
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Work experience in hotel operations or HR is preferred
- Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must
