  • Setting-up and monitoring drug tests and background checks for new consultants;
  • Managing new hire and client-specific paperwork for new consultants;
  • Answering questions in regards to payroll, benefits, and more;
  • Collecting timesheets on a weekly basis;
  • Collecting documentation and managing client audit requests;
  • Assisting in invoice reconciliation as it relates to timesheets and billable hours with clients;
  • Partners daily with the business unit they support – including sales, delivery, accounting, finance, and more.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to communicate positively and with a consistent and proven focus on customer service;
  • Ability to follow established processes and escalate issues appropriately;
  • High-level of attention to detail and organization;
  • Ability to be coached and mentored.
