- Setting-up and monitoring drug tests and background checks for new consultants;
- Managing new hire and client-specific paperwork for new consultants;
- Answering questions in regards to payroll, benefits, and more;
- Collecting timesheets on a weekly basis;
- Collecting documentation and managing client audit requests;
- Assisting in invoice reconciliation as it relates to timesheets and billable hours with clients;
- Partners daily with the business unit they support – including sales, delivery, accounting, finance, and more.
- Bachelors Degree
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to communicate positively and with a consistent and proven focus on customer service;
- Ability to follow established processes and escalate issues appropriately;
- High-level of attention to detail and organization;
- Ability to be coached and mentored.
