We are looking for fluent FRENCH speakers with a good command in English who would like to work in an international environment.This position will be based in the beautiful city of Lisbon. This sea-side city has lots to offer from the beautiful old parts to new and modern architecture. If you like the sun and the sea then this city has lots to offer you!The role itself will be for one of the leading global tech companies where you will be dealing with online marketing and advertising campaigns for SMB’s. Providing pre and post- sale advice and support via phone, email and live chat to help them grow their business will be part of your responsibility. You will analyze your clients’ online advertisement and ensure it is optimized. Providing information about marketing campaigns and giving training to your business clients is part of your daily tasks. This is a varied role which will suit a motivated candidate who has an interest in digital marketing.We are looking for candidates who have:Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in FRENCH and EnglishPrevious customer service experienceFlexibleWillingness to learnInterest in digital marketingThere is an excellent relocation package on offer which includes flight reimbursement, airport pick up, accommodation during your employment (a room in a shared flat) lots of company organised activities and events and career progress opportunities. The basic salary is around 850 Euro gross p/m plus your free accomodation so no costs for monthly rent and utility bills! Please note that the cost of living in Lisbon is considerably cheaper than in France.
