This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage litigation support projects, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources, while maintaining high-quality standards.Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage litigation support projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams to understand project requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyse data, documents, and evidence for litigation purposes.
  • Oversee the implementation and use of litigation support tools and technologies, such as eDiscovery software and document management systems.
  • Conduct training sessions for legal teams on the use of litigation support tools and best practices for document review and analysis.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to legal teams during the discovery process, including data collection, processing, review, and production.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact project delivery.
  • Prepare regular status reports and updates for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and developments in litigation support technologies and methodologies, recommending improvements and enhancements as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Legal Studies, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a legal or litigation support environment.
  • Strong understanding of litigation processes and procedures, including eDiscovery, document review, and case management.
  • Proficiency in litigation support tools and software, such as Relativity, Concordance, or Ringtail.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with legal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work under pressure.
  • Professional certifications in project management or litigation support (e.g., PMP, RCA) are desirable but not essential.
