- Lead and manage litigation support projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams to understand project requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyse data, documents, and evidence for litigation purposes.
- Oversee the implementation and use of litigation support tools and technologies, such as eDiscovery software and document management systems.
- Conduct training sessions for legal teams on the use of litigation support tools and best practices for document review and analysis.
- Provide technical support and guidance to legal teams during the discovery process, including data collection, processing, review, and production.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact project delivery.
- Prepare regular status reports and updates for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
- Stay informed of industry trends and developments in litigation support technologies and methodologies, recommending improvements and enhancements as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Legal Studies, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a legal or litigation support environment.
- Strong understanding of litigation processes and procedures, including eDiscovery, document review, and case management.
- Proficiency in litigation support tools and software, such as Relativity, Concordance, or Ringtail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with legal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work under pressure.
- Professional certifications in project management or litigation support (e.g., PMP, RCA) are desirable but not essential.
