Our award-winning content reaches 84 million consumers in print, 367 million in digital and 379 million across social platforms, and generates more than 1 billion video views each month.We are headquartered in London and New York, and operate in 31 markets worldwide, including China, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Mexico & Latin America, Spain, Taiwan, the U.K. and the U.S., with local licence partners across the globe.The RoleOur Senior ESG Advisor will support the Executive Director, International Employment and Compliance to design and deliver Condé Nast’s Global ESG approach.Taking ownership of embedding and operationalising our goals to demonstrate we’ve met our obligations arising from our and , our and applicable Global ESG Regulations and Laws.This role will be required to work closely with leaders across the business and become a close partner of the global People Team community. Collaborating with the DEI team, Communications, Procurement and Finance, alongside our International Markets and colleagues at our parent Company, Advance.The Senior ESG Advisor will provide specialist advice, focused on the Sustainability space, to enable us to achieve our business goals and embed a culture of compliance and investigating ESG issues as they arise.What will you be doing?Support the Executive Director, International Employment Law & Compliance in setting, developing and executing short and long term ESG goals and targets.Partner and collaborate with relevant Legal & Policy team members and Business leads, in particular People, Finance, Comms and Procurement to ensure we bring our sustainability and ESG goals to life. This will involve working with teams to develop, build and troubleshoot projects within our wider ESG strategy.Manage internal projects to create and embed policies and workflows to operationalise our approach to ESG, including creating and managing project documentation and communicating strategy and status updates.Be the in-house subject matter expert and continue to develop knowledge in areas associated with ESG, in particular Sustainability.Prepare and draft guidance and training for colleagues around policy trends and recommendations to deal with regulatory risks and opportunities in the ESG space.Proactively identify opportunities to raise our ESG credentials and credibility internally and externally, including representing Condé Nast in international forums, industry-wide task forces and working groups.Lead on internal and external reporting, collecting, interpreting and presenting data for ELT, Shareholder and Board members as required.
