- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME), collaborating closely with VX and NAWDC SMEs regarding new and existing SCS features and capabilities
- Perform research and assist with troubleshooting efforts to support NAWDC and Fallon-based fleet activities
- Develop SCS training materials and deliver SCS training to support operational requirements
- Cross-train and assist other priority efforts within ACES
- Bachelor's degree in Science or related discipline; advanced degree preferred. Combination of background, education, and training may be considered in lieu of degree
- Minimum of eight years as F/A-18 TMS aircrew (Pilot or WSO). SFTI qualification preferred.
- Familiarity and expertise with F/A-18 TMS mission planning and training systems
- Travel (20%) required to various work sites throughout the U.S.
- Valid state driver license
- U.S. citizenship with a current and active Secret security clearance, with TS/SCI eligibility
- SAP program eligibility advantageous
- Enthusiasm and commitment to a working environment requiring intense collaboration, robust communication, and coordination with various FA-18E/F and EA-18G operational squadrons, test squadrons, program offices, and tactical centers of excellence.
- Familiarity or experience with the U.S. Armed Forces and Department of Defense (DoD) federal contractors and the aerospace, defense, or commercial aviation industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to conduct professional, in-person training to large and small groups of aircrew with varied experience levels
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to correctly prioritize workload to maintain schedules, deadlines, and standards on assigned projects
- Must be lawfully eligible to work in the United States and complete a U.S. government I-9 Form
