Working alongside the Applied AI team of engineers, you will own the end-to-end implementation of AI within Ramp. During your day-to-day work, you will collaborate with other product designers to elevate how AI is applied to their area and craft a compelling vision of how Ramp will operate in the AI space.As a product designer at Ramp, you will identify the right problems to solve, take ownership of the experience, and ship simple, intuitive solutions at the highest level of craft and execution. You will work with cross-functional partners to deliver a unified experience across product verticals. You will balance being tactical to drive immediate value to the product & blue-sky thinking to define Ramp's future.We're looking for a “jack of all trades” who genuinely desire to learn from the best, champion our users' voices, move fast, own decisions, and ship software daily.Please note that this role will require you to be comfortable working in-person at our NYC HQ (located near Madison Square Park) at least 2 days/week.What You'll DoLead design for applying AI to our product; own the design process from early ideation, prioritization, and launchWork directly with product/engineering leads to translate company strategy into prioritized initiatives in the roadmap and identify the right problems to solveBe opinionated and leverage a direct line with our customers to get insights and make decisions quickly. Explore solutions, create prototypes, and dive into user feedback/data to identify friction points and improvement opportunities for every initiativeWorking with cross-functional partners to deliver a unified and intuitive experience across product verticals powered by AIAdvocate for our users by continuously iterating on and evolving our core products and experiences.
