
HR Generalist - Talent Acquisition - Hybrid Minnetonka office

- Conduct detailed, thorough candidate interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring leaders with a consultative approach for further consideration.
- Own recruitment and talent acquisition support for leadership openings at our senior living communities.
- Consult with and support hiring managers as a talent advisor: help to identify talent needs and continue to build out the professional recruitment hiring strategy
- Manage all aspects of the new hire onboarding process and develop efficient processes to streamline procedures.
- Manage background and licensure checks for new hires, ensuring that all checks are completed in a timely and thorough manner.
- Schedule and track all 2nd and 3rd round interviews for nursing and exempt level roles.
- Draft and send offer letters to new hires along with their pre-boarding documentation.
- Correspond with new hires, hiring teams, and HR Business Partners throughout the onboarding process.
- Use critical thinking to ask questions and review processes for efficiencies and improvements.
- Research and post job openings on relevant sites to attract suitable candidates.
- Project manage all technology improvements within the applicant tracking system, UKG, as it pertains to onboarding, offer letters, candidate and hiring manager communications, background check vendors and processes, etc.
- In partnership with Human Resources Leadership Team, build, maintain, and deliver talent acquisition learning resources for New Perspective community leaders. Resources could include step-by-step guides, videos, instructor-led and/or virtual instructor-led trainings.
- Other duties as required or assigned.
- 2+ years of recruiting or HR coordination experience.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills.
