- doctoral degree in the field of social sciences, in econimcs and finance, while fulfil the conditions indicated in § 51.2 of the URad. Statutes available in the URad. BIP;
- to have publications from the Communication of the Ministry of Education and Science in the field of economic and finance,
- expirience of didactic in higher education, in the field of economic and social policy,
- experience in research works,
- expirence of international cooparation,
- interest in issues of economic and social policy confirmed by e.g.: professional experience, didactical experience, scientific publications,
- scientific publications in the field of economic and social policy,
- knowledge of issuses related to the guality of education in higher education,
- foreign languges skils.

- scans of documents confirming education and qualifications;
- scans of documents confirming practical experience;
- list of scientific publications;
- list of conferences in which the candidate participated;
- a declaration on having full legal capacity;
- a declaration on non-criminal record for an intentional crime with a legally-binding decision of the court;
- a declaration on not having a record of disciplinary punishment which revoke the right to practice the profession of an academic teacher permanently or for a specified period;
- a declaration on the enjoyment of public rights;
- a declaration on consent to the processing of personal data included in the job application for the purposes of the recruitment process;
- a declaration stating that in the case of being selected for the position, Casimir Pulaski Radom University will be the applicant's primary place of work;
- a commitment to submit the statement referred to in article 265.5 of the Act of 20 July 2018 - Law on higher education and science.
