An account manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients. They act as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, managing client expectations, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver products or services. They need strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.In this role, you will:Foster and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers.Identify and develop new opportunities with existing customers.Manage all aspects of placing and fulfilling the customers' orders, forecasts, and requests for quotation.Serve as primary contact with customers to ensure communication is maintained.Ensure all required customer specifications and changes are communicated and entered into the system in a timely manner.Some travel to customers and key suppliers as required.Lead proposal development activities necessary to respond to customer requests.Ensure maintenance of required project management information.Manage and review project budgets and track actual costs.Secure and maintain customer feedback on bid proposals, competitors, supplier ratings, and customer future business opportunities and sales growth trends.To succeed in this role, you must have:Desire and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced, growing company.Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.Strong client management skills, including interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Customer focused mindset with an eye for gaining new business.2 - 3 years of account management and/or project management experience in software such as JOBBOSS.High proficiency with computers (Microsoft Office, data entry, spreadsheets).Excellent attention to detail.Apply online today for consideration-let's build a successful future together!
