- With understanding, integrity, and care - supervise a team of professional staff and interns responsible for the coordination and implementation of various events that advance intercultural identity across campus. (45%)
- As a compassionate, engaged, and effective leader - cultivate collaborative relationships with on-campus and community partners. (20%)
- As a dedicated, humble, and trustworthy leader - develop, implement, and operationalize a Christ-centered George Fox missional vision and strategy for the care and support of student populations that include, but are not limited to students of color, first generation college students, commuters, and veterans. (35%)
- Communicating effectively and courteously with others, including employees, students, and the public, in a spirit of teamwork, respect and customer service.
- By actions, words, and lifestyle, be a Christian role model to students, whether through casual contact or in a formal supervisory role.
- Demonstrating awareness, respect, and appreciation for diversity of culture, background, race, sex, political views, expressions of faith, etc. and works well with a variety of people.

- A Master's Degree required in Higher Education, Student Development or other related field.
- Strong computer skills and excellent organizational skills.
- The ability to manage a number of different tasks concurrently.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to build networks.
- An evangelical Christian commitment and lifestyle consistent with the institution's goals, including signed agreement with GFU Statement of Faith and Community Lifestyle Statement and being in living agreement with the same.
- A commitment to an inclusive environment that values diversity, engages global concerns and connects culturally.
- A personal commitment to Jesus Christ and express their Christian testimony in a church. In addition, employees agree to live in agreement with the Community Lifestyle Statement and affirm the theological commitments expressed in the Statement of Faith.
- A Masters Degree in Higher Education, Student Development or other related field.
- Spanish language proficiency.
