Job Title:Efficiency SpecialistJob Description:The Role:Lead instrument and chemical management deployment across global MC.Collaborate with the global LIMS team to support the LIMS upgrade project.Provide timely support for troubleshooting system issues.Manage and update LIMS page to ensure accurate and timely information.Establish effective training program for end users.Identify efficiency opportunities within current lab or LIMS workflow.In this role you will:Collaborate with MC labs and internal Sample Manager team to upgrade the LIMS design for instrument and chemical management to align with MC business needs.Assist LIMS specialist in evaluating and implementing LIMS upgrade to streamline tasks and minimize manual interventions.Validate and test the LIMS to ensure its accuracy, reliability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Provide technical support to end-users, addressing issues, answering queries, and offering guidance on LIMS functionality.Manage and update LIMS SharePoint page to ensure the dissemination of accurate and timely information.Develop and maintain interactive training material using Articulate 360 and SumTotal for LIMS end users to ensure proficiency in LIMS usage and understanding of its featuresStreamline operations and enhance productivity by identifying and implementing efficiency opportunities within existing laboratory or LIMS workflowsTraits we believe make a strong candidate:0-3 years work experience in chemical or biology laboratoryExperience in Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).Experience applying knowledge of laboratory workflow and Quality Control principles preferred.Familiarity with SharePoint and Articulate 360.Fluent in English.Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a highly collaborative environment.A demonstrated ability to work with a team and independently.Your success will be measured by:Begin by establishing plans, defining goals, and setting milestones before initiating any project.Form working relationships with subject matter experts to build and support LIMSExecute tasks in accordance with the predetermined schedule.Demonstrate self-drive, motivation, and the ability to work independently in order to accomplish objectives.Address troubleshooting requests from stakeholders and provide support.Embrace a learning mindset by deriving lessons from mistakes and formulating preventive plans to avoid their recurrence.
