- Performance Tracking and Reporting – monitor the progress of our partnership initiatives and track performance against our agreed KPIs &. generate and provide regular updates to respective executive leadership teams.
- Create and drive the execution of the partnership Joint Business Plan with the cloud provider’s partnership teams.
- Responsible for executing and meeting the key metrics of the partnership to position PS as a strategic partner
- Knowledge of Cloud providers key horizontal and vertical sales plays and understanding of their services and market differentiation.
- Ability to showcase Publicis Sapient’s capabilities across the Cloud providers ecosystem, building strategic relationships across their partner & sales organizations.
- Ability to generate pipeline through key relationships with Cloud providers
- Project management for all alliance activities including marketing campaigns & partner events, partnership accreditations, aligning internal stakeholders to drive partnership requirements
- Strategic relationships in the partner ecosystem across the Americas
- Ability to leverage current partner network to create inroads and grow partnership.
- Cloud certifications/accreditations are highly desirable.

- Drive execution of joint activities to support direct/indirect growth goals.
- Manage escalation resolution, exec alignment, and scorecard across regional execution.
- Lead the development of the Joint Alliance Plan, overseeing execution plans, programs & achievement of metrics.
- Support our team of Region BD team and Alliance Managers to ensure consistent execution across regions with localized plans & scorecards.
- Collaborate with Cloud Partners & Sales Leaders to execute ‘sell-with’ and joint GTM initiatives.
- Manage regional Joint Account targeting process - orchestrate attainment of joint account planning session and incremental pipeline
- Support joint area/region account planning sessions to influence, extend, and/or accelerate deal closure.
- Develop and execute a coordinated enablement plan to drive partnership awareness, targeting country & Cloud Sales, Target Clients
- Manage regional alliance operational rhythm of the business to accurately track and report the impact of joint activities on regional growth (including monthly exec connects)
- Designing demand generation campaigns and go-to-market initiatives teaming with marketing, tracking progress, and measuring success
- Act as part of the Global Alliance Leadership Team to ensure close coordination and continuous communication related to regional requirements.
