- Lead the discovery, designing, and implementation, and optimization of core People workflows into People Systems, ensuring alignment with People Org's strategy and business goals.
- Serve as the technical expert and point of contact for the People Org, providing support, troubleshooting, and training to users.
- Collaborate with People, Business Systems, and Analytics to develop and implement system enhancements, including the creation of custom reports, dashboards, and interfaces.
- Work closely with People teams to optimize processes and workflows inside their systems for improved efficiency and user experience.
- Liaise with external vendors and consultants to resolve any technical issues and ensure that services are delivered according to contractual agreements.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for procedures, system configurations, and process flows.
- Stay current with trends and developments in People technology to drive innovation and improvements within the organization.

- 7+ years of experience in HR technology, with at least 2 years in a solution architecting position
- Strong technical knowledge of common People Systems, such as Workday, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, Rippling, or similar systems.
- Have led multiple RFPs for people systems (namely, HRIS)
- Experience with system integrations, data migration, and change management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of HR operations and experience in process improvement.
- Familiarity with HR compliance and data protection regulations.
