- Be prompt and timely for all assigned shifts, schedules, and projects
- Be aware of and familiar with the Company Handbook
- Maintain cleanliness of gauge, test, and document densities of asphalt during production
- Assist in rolling patterns to maximize density
- Actively participate in any recommended or mandatory training
- Additional duties as assigned by management, as this job description is non-exhaustive
- Willingness to perform duties outside the normal scope of work (i.e. work in poor weather conditions or outside normal hours)
- Troubleshoot, identify, correct, and prevent quality control issues
- The ability to work independently
- Perform field testing of asphalt with a non-nuclear density gauge
- Maintain Quality Control recordkeeping
- Maintain Quality Control equipment
- Maintain safe practices at all times and report injuries to management as necessary
- Understand rolling patterns and the need for different types of rollers (breakdown, pneumatic, finish rollers)
- Consent to authorization of a pre-employment work screen, Motor Vehicle Record request, and drug test
- Preferred state DOT Certifications
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Basic level of reasoning abilities (i.e. Meeting deadlines, Prioritize Company and customer needs, serving as a leader to both peers and direct reports)
- Strong mathematical skills (i.e. Add, Subtract, Multiply, Divide)
- Ability to reach below/at/above shoulders

- Salary Range: Starting up to $20+ per hour (Based on experience, location, etc.)
