In-depth knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and their implementation and customization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive valuable insights from CRM data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. Ability to train and support team members in CRM usage and best practices. Understanding of sales and marketing processes and their integration with CRM systems. Familiarity with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and adherence to data security best practices.
