Our production and assembly sites in Africa are a shining example of our commitment to actively support industrialisation in the region and creating an affordable offer.We looking for a Parts Field Sales Representative - Mombasa Branch M/F based : KenyaJob Description :JOB PURPOSEThis role is responsible for selling of parts to both new and existing customers, for enhanced profitability of the branch.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOBOperational Responsibilitiesa) Sell parts to both internal (workshop) and external customers to ensure the achievement of part sales targets for the branch;b) Conduct field visits to prospect for and close sales deals;c) Prepare quotations based on customer enquiries and CFAO Motors Kenya Ltd guidelines to ensure customers are informed of costs in a timely manner;d) Prepare invoices to facilitate the payment process in a timely manner;e) Keep track of lost sales so as to ensure optimum stock holding at all times;f) Conduct debt collection to ensure debts are paid within the set timelines;g) Order parts from central warehouse to ensure timely delivery to customers;h) Analyze Voice of customer (VOC) so as to address concerns for enhanced customer retention;i) Participate in the annual stock take to assist identify and address variancesj) Develop and maintain effective customer networks to increase brand awareness and increase the market share;k) Participate in promotional activities and provide technical advice to customers in order to achieve the set targets for the branch.Profil Request :KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEMinimum level of academic and professional qualification required to perform effectively in the roleDiploma in business or Technical related fieldMinimum level of experience required to perform effectively in the role1 year of working experienceCOMPETENCIESTechnicala) Automobile parts knowledgeb) Computer literacyc) Professional standardsFunctionala) Writing skillsb) Presentation skillsBehaviorala) Professionalism -maintains a professional approach based on ethics and CFAO Motors Kenya Ltd valuesb) Integrity, honesty, and ethics- ensures ethical practices and integrity to protect CFAO Motors Kenya Ltd from reputational riskc) Communication Skillsd) Customer orientation-is customer focused striking a solid balance between external and internal customer orientatione) Resilience -is able to withstanding strategic and operational challenges and maintain momentumf) Emotional Intelligence-manages emotions in a mature and composed manner as expected of a leader
