- Support and troubleshoot multiple performance marketing clients
- Implement best practices for paid media tracking, conversion tracking, GA4 configuration
- Develop reporting in marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management platforms (MAPs and CRMs)
- Partner with the Analytics and Paid Media teams to deliver actionable insights from our performance data
- Support data visualization to tell the story of our results
- Update and troubleshoot dashboards in Google Looker Studio and other data visualization tools to support client reporting
- Implement web analytics work and ongoing auditing of lead capture processes, including:
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager implementation to ensure capture of relevant conversion events for clients
- Ensuring capture of UTMs within marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management platforms
- Recognize the basic tenets of campaign structure
- Provide client-facing reporting to the internal client teams
- Develop, maintain, and update client-facing dashboards
- Pull client data to contribute to monthly reports & QBR decks for demand generation clients
- Establish strong working relationships with the internal CGM team
- Respond to ad-hoc requests and inquiries from the client services team
- Advocate for the client needs with the implementation team
- At least 1 year of experience in a digital marketing, demand generation, search engine optimization, and/or revenue operations experience in a B2B technology company or an organization with similar demand generation needs.
- Experience with web analytics, paid media platforms, and CRM tools such as: Adobe Analytics, Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager Meta ads, LinkedIn ads, Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools.
