- The Digital Engineering Lead supervises and mentors subordinate project and team ManTech staff.
- Performance shall include Participate in special and transformation studies to ensure digital engineering and model-based system engineering technologies meet user and ISR mission needs while ensuring affordability, usability, and operational excellence.
- Knowledgeable of a wide range of ISR technologies and have knowledge of the vendors that sell them.
- Manage the risk associated with digital transformation; leading a team of different digital backgrounds to automate processes, manage knowledge, train staff, and oversee service transitions.
- Lead Digital Engineering Teams to ensure successful completion of the digital transformation process.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- A minimum of seven years of experience in the design, integration, and analysis of military systems with data modelling, data architecture, data interoperability, and evaluation.
- A minimum of five years of experience supporting distributed military intelligence systems in multiple CCMD Areas of Responsibility (AORs) with software engineering during deployment/integration into U.S. military environments.
- A minimum of five years of experience with software development and architectural design and requirements decomposition of complex systems that include multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Perl, Python and Jscript).
- A minimum of two years of experience applying the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF) publications, such as NIST 800-37 – Guide for Applying the RMF to Federal Information Systems: a Security Life Cycle Approach, NIST 800-53 – Security and Privacy Controls for Federal Information Systems and Organizations, or NIST 800-126 – The Technical Specification for the Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP).
- A minimum of four years of experience leading collocated and matrix workforce for diverse portfolios through the development, production, fielding, sustainment, and follow-on improvement of intelligence or other combat capabilities to ensure the integration and interoperability of combat systems.
- A minimum of five years of experience with data engineering, data synchronization, data replication, and interoperability for complex systems leveraging industry standard tools such as ERWIN, MS Structured Query Language (SQL) Server, Oracle, HADOOP, HIVE, MongoDB, MS Transact-SQL (TSQL), and PLSQL.

- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
