- Analyze marketing metrics such as sales data, website traffic, and social media engagement to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders.
- Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to optimize marketing strategies and improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Support the development of marketing plans and budgets by providing data-driven recommendations.
- Customize Salesforce to meet the specific needs of the Marketing organization.
- Collaborate with senior developers to implement new features and functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing Marketo and Salesforce configurations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies related to marketing analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform.
- 5 years work experience
- Knowledge of Marketo, HubSpot or other email marketing automation technology.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven experience in marketing analytics or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends and insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce.
- Some knowledge of lead routing technologies such as LeanData a plus
