- Driving sales closure by supporting partners in finalizing deals with key clients.
- Initiating joint engagement activities focused on partner-led customers.
- Exceeding partner-managed business targets for the region across all product and solution opportunities presented to partner customers.
- Identifying, recruiting, and certifying partners according to the company's established program.
- Designing and implementing strategic marketing programs and activities tailored to partners and their IT clientele.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including pre-sales and sales, to aid partners in engaging end-users and promoting the company's products and image.
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams like pre-sales and sales.
- Being accountable for achieving assigned sales targets.
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in B2B technology sales is required, with a proven track record of successfully managing and expanding channel partnerships.
- Demonstrated proficiency in understanding the IT landscape, including industry trends, solution offerings, and customer challenges.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to foster trust among diverse stakeholders
- Good command in English
