We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving existing manufacturing processes and developing new processes for the production of plastic materials. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company and use your expertise to create innovative solutions!Position Overview: The Process Engineer, Plastics is responsible for developing and improving plastic production processes. This includes analysis of existing processes, engineering of new production processes, and improvements to existing production processes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the plastic production process.
  • Develop new processes for the production of plastic materials.
  • Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate current equipment and make recommendations for upgrades and process optimization.
  • Develop cost effective solutions for process improvements.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies, materials, and processes.
  • Train production staff on new processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in engineering, plastics, or related field.
  • Experience with plastics manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of PVC materials and production processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
