Implements curricular and instructional interventions.
b. Develops student learning outcomes.
c. Utilizes peer review and coaching.
d. Applies what has been learned from formative and summative feedback on instruction.
e. Engages in professional development activities to promote development in the scholarship of teaching and learning. * Advisinga. Reflects on summative students' evaluation of academic advising experience.
b. Assesses reports and perceptions of peers and others regarding fidelity to academic advising roles and responsibilities. * Contribution to role related knowledge basea. Presents at local, state, national and international professional conferences.
b. Demonstrates publication of works identifying type (i.e. peer review), audience (journal and journal distribution), and focus (discovery, application and/or integrated knowledge focus).
c. Demonstrates citations of own work(s) in others' works.
d. Solicits and participates in funded research (identifying specific role, funding source, and status of project). * Professional Servicea. Participates in local, state, national, or international professional agencies. * Community Servicea. Actively participates in community groups and organizations as related to the College Mission * Institutional Servicea. Participates in committee work at the program, school, or institutional level (delineate roles and nature of participation)Qualifications:Experience:
  • Teaching experience in Applied Behavior Analysis at the undergraduate and/or graduate level, preferred.
  • Research mentorship experience, preferred.
  • Experience teaching online/hybrid delivery modes, preferred.
Education:
  • Doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Psychology, required (ABDs will also be considered)
Licensure:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification (or eligibility)
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in Louisiana (or eligibility), required.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) certification (or eligibility), preferred.
