- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP C4C, SAP SCM and SAP ISU solutions, troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and implementing enhancements as required
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for SAP C4C, SAP SCM and SAP ISU solutions
- Configure the SAP ISU module according to business needs, including setting up master data, rates, tariffs, billing cycles, and customer service processes
- Develop custom enhancements and functionalities using ABAP programming, including user exits, customer enhancements, and Business Add-Ins
- Integrate SAP ISU with other systems and modules, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions
- Prepare technical documentation, including functional and technical specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals; conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide training to end-users and support teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and infrastructure teams, to ensure effective solution delivery. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management
- Stay updated with the latest SAP developments, technologies, and industry trends while delivering innovative solutions and improving processes
- Work with SAP C4C (Sales and Services), SAP SCM, SAP CRM, Self-Service Accelerator, DQM, Mind touch, and Marketing concepts
- Integrated solutions utilizing SAP (CPI) cloud-based middleware that connects SAP systems with third-party products
- Configure Billing Master Data setup, work with billing processes and develop print solution to integrate with SAP
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
- Experience in implementation/support projects
- Functional knowledge of SAP technologies and data migration tools, C4C, SMC, ISU, and ABAP programming
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose appropriate solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels
- Understanding of integrated systems (such as SAP CPI, Oracle ERP, Agent Desktop, Billing, Work & Asset Management, and Maximo) and utility industry processes is a plus
- Certification in relevant SAP modules or technologies is desirable
