If that sounds like you, then apply today.SummaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Healthcare Business Development Manager. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver the budgeted annual sales and profit targets with key customer groups across the health sector. Specifically, you will be tasked with managing, maintaining, and enhancing existing Head Office relationships with the customers with a view to delivering incremental sales growth on these accounts. These relationships can often be complex and may involve negotiations with multiple stakeholders at various levels within the same business. To be successful in this position you must understand the granular dynamics of the foodservice industry particularly the health sector. This role is primarily Leinster based but there will be need for Travel.Key Accountabilities· Responsible for consistent delivery of sales, profit, and service targets· Design and implement sales and development plan, adapting and modifying as necessary to an ever evolving and dynamic marketplace.· Where appropriate ensuring all contractual elements are recorded and documented to ensure clear and concise customer and account management· Work collaboratively cross functionally to achieve customer sales and growth plans.· Responsible for role modelling and building effective relationships with key customers and stakeholders both internally and externally.· Support the plan and growth of non-National Account activity within the Street business to ensure sustainable growth and customer relationships.· Proactively embody and promote a culture of opportunity, equality, and diversity· Support change including business improvement projects beyond immediate role responsibilities.· Advocate and drive consistent use of all available system tools across the team.Requirements· Located within or close to the greater Dublin area.· Experience within Foodservice (Culinary Experience, Healthcare or Hospitality) sectors is desirable.· Must maintain a valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company minimum standards.· Skilled in the areas of consultative selling, marketing principles, prospecting, networking, and negotiations· The capacity to interpret, understand and act upon financial data.· Developed communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal· Adept at creating highly effective premium propositions to our customers, incorporating regional and local industry trends to establish our foodie credentials.· Enrich the customer experience by providing solutions to support customer growth.· In support of our customer first model, work effectively across all functions to remove obstacles to ensure your team can focus on improving execution and servicing our customers flawlessly.· Strong Business Technology capabilities including leveraging and utilising across the Sysco team.· Acts with integrity and assumes full accountability treating others with respect and honesty.· Must have a can-do approach, with distinct ability of problem solving.Core Competencies:· Understanding Your Customers – acts as a role model in personal approach to internal and external customer goals.
