Job Title: Multifamily Construction Project ManagerJob Type: Full-TimeJob Description:As a Multifamily Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily construction projects. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in multifamily construction, effective project management skills, and a passion for delivering excellence.Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Manage and lead project meetings, providing updates on project status and addressing issues as they arise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Procure materials, equipment, and services required for project completion.
  • Analyze and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports to clients and company leadership.
Project Manager Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in multifamily construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
