- Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
- Manage and lead project meetings, providing updates on project status and addressing issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- Procure materials, equipment, and services required for project completion.
- Analyze and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports to clients and company leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in multifamily construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
