Our group is ranked in the Top 3 in the cosmetics industry and in the Top 10 in the pharmaceutical industry worldwide.Your missionAs a Senior Medical Representative, your duties include, but are not limited to:1. Product awareness and sales- Promote PFDC products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists and healthcare staff by effectively communicating product information, clinical data, scientific research product benefits, etc through regular visit to healthare professionals- Organize and participate medical conferences, round tables discussion for doctors and other medical staffs to generate product awareness and increase sales- Reach (and if possible exceeding) annual targets2. Relationship building- Build and maintain strong and positive working relationships with healthcare professionals through regular visits and interactions- Identify key decision-makers and influencers within healthcare channel and develop professional networks- Participate in preparing and managing content for all medical communications tools together with marketing and trainer- Provide healthcare professionals with accurate information, samples and promotional materials- Address inquiries, concerns and requests from healthcare professionals in a timely and professional manner3. Market analysis and business development- Identify business opportunities by observing market trends and competitor activities- Analyze sales data and identify areas for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and promotional campaigns
- Provide feedback to the company regarding customer needs, market dynamics, and product performance- Stay informed about the activities of health services in a particular area4. Training and Education- Stay updated with the latest medical and pharmaceutical industry developments, including new products information- Attend training programs, workshops, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and selling skills- Keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and eventually adapting the format, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals during presentations- Train healthcare professionals on product features, usage, benefits- Provide educational materials and resources to healthcare professionals to support their understanding of products5. Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and expenses.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
