Join a dynamic airport team this season and help create a welcoming and efficient environment for travelers. As a Seasonal Airport Greeter/Director of Passengers, you will be the first point of contact for passengers entering the terminal during early morning hours. Your main goal will be to greet passengers warmly and guide them to their next step smoothly and swiftly.Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet passengers as they enter the terminal, providing a positive first impression of the airport.
- Assist passengers by providing directions to various parts of the terminal such as gates, restrooms, and concession areas.
- Answer passenger queries regarding flight statuses, gate locations, and airport services.
- Assist passengers with special needs, ensuring they receive the required help and support.
- Coordinate with airport staff to manage the flow of passengers and maintain orderly movement.
- Help maintain cleanliness and order at the airport entrance and surrounding areas.
- Report any security or safety concerns to the airport management immediately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
- Punctual and reliable with a friendly disposition.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
