- Project Management for all HR, Payroll and Workforce Management project projects and initiatives.
- Monitor progress of each project at every phase of the process, doing everything possible to avoid delays and costs
- Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project
- Project Management skills necessary to prioritize and manage day-to-day activities and deliverables of the team
- Act as a liaison between business and technical staff at all levels
- Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
- Support, lead and assist internal customers with requirements definition, project definition, and project planning
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships will all stakeholders in project to assure success
- Prepare project plans, tollgate documentation and reports
- Tracking of project schedules, financials, risks, decisions and status.
- Management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
- Assist internal customers with cost-benefit analyses and business cases to support new project proposals
- Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of business processes and applications, customer needs and priorities
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project and program team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Project Management or a related field preferred
- Must have at least 7 years of experience with project management or program management.
- Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques
- Experience with HR, Workforce Management and Payroll system implementations is a strong plus.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Need to display proven entrepreneurial skills, as a self-starter.
- Must be comfortable in fast moving complicated environments.
- Experience effectively engaging with leadership, facilitating discussions about change, influencing stakeholders, and reaching agreement.
- Experience identifying process changes; ability to design and help implement revised processes
- Experience with preparation and delivery of communications to all levels within an organization
- Ability to work in a constantly changing environment and manage priorities according to changing strategic objectives.
- Must be good team players.
- Must have excellent problem-solving, organization, communication, and presentation skills.
- PM Certification PREFERRED but not required.
