- Social Media Ad Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to achieve business objectives, such as lead generation, website traffic, and brand awareness.
- Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Utilize audience insights and data analytics to identify and define target audiences, create audience segments, and deliver personalized ad experiences.
- Ad Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, copywriting) to develop compelling ad creatives that align with campaign goals and resonate with the target audience.
- Budget Management: Monitor and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ensure campaign success.
- A/B Testing: Implement and analyze A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, and targeting to continuously optimize ad performance.
- Social Media Content Creation: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for organic social media posts that complements paid advertising efforts and enhances brand visibility and engagement.
- Community Engagement: Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and personable manner. Cultivate relationships with followers and influencers to foster a loyal and active community.
- Social Media Calendar Management: Create and maintain a well-organized social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of engaging content that aligns with marketing initiatives and seasonal events.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key social media metrics and advertising performance, providing regular reports on campaign effectiveness, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Social Media Trends and Insights: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and advertising. Recommend innovative approaches to continuously improve RumbleOn's social media presence and ad campaigns.
- Brand Advocacy: Champion the RumbleOn brand online, ensuring messaging consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all social media channels and ad campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or related experience.
- 1-3 years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand, preferably in the powersports, automotive, or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their unique features, and best practices for each.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for crafting engaging content.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- A passion for the automotive industry and a genuine interest in connecting with and understanding the community.
